Root & Bloom grew from a single question: what would it look like to build a healing space that held the complexity of being human — not just the peaceful parts?

Founded in Portland in 2019, our collective has grown into a community of over 40 practitioners and hundreds of regular participants. We offer individual sessions, community classes, and multi-day immersions throughout the year.

We hold our work in a lineage of traditional and contemporary healing practices, always in relationship with the teachers, communities, and lands from which they originate.
